Lakes United Seagulls

Lakes United Seagulls entered the Newcastle Rugby League in 1947, and it was a winning debut, defeating North Newcastle 13-0 in the Final.
Lakes have a vast junior catchment and over the years many great players have progressed to higher honours including Paul "the chief" Harragan, Adam Muir, Brett Kimmorley, Craig Kimmorley and Josh Jackson.
2025 is set to be a big year for the Seagulls with Sione Mata'utia joining his brother Peter Mata'utia at the club.
