NSWRL and BarTV Sports partner to showcase more than 900 games
BarTV Sports are pleased to announce we have entered into an exciting partnership with New South Wales Rugby League, the governing body for rugby league in the state and that has overseen the growth of the game in NSW for over a century.
“The new offering with BarTV is a unique opportunity that will provide an extensive, high-quality and affordable option for our fans and most importantly, the ability to watch matches at all levels and from every corner of NSW,” NSWRL Chief Executive David Trodden said.
The strategic union will provide members and supporters of NSWRL access to more than 900 games in 2025 along with access to BarTV Sports' extensive archive, while BarTV members gain entry to NSWRL matches—making this partnership a game-changer for rugby league lovers.

The NSWRL Junior Representatives competitions covered include SLE Andrew Johns Cup (Under 16s Boys), Westpac Lisa Fiaola Cup (Under 17s Girls), UNE Harold Matthews Cup (Under 17s Boys), SLE Laurie Daley Cup (Under 18s Boys), Westpac Tarsha Gale Cup (Under 19s Women) and UNE SG Ball Cup (Under 19s Men).
The NSWRL Major Competitions covered include The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup, Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership, Jersey Flegg Cup (Under 21s Men), Leagues Club Australia Ron Massey Cup, Sydney Shield, Men’s Country Championships, Women’s Country Championships, Denton Engineering Cup (Newcastle), and the Harrigan Premiership (Illawarra).
The partnership will kick off with Junior Representatives metropolitan competitions on Saturday 1 February, providing members the opportunity to watch all matches from NSWRL Junior Representatives Competitions and NSWRL Major Competitions in 2025.
